Mick Outhred - Manager

Mick is the Full-Time Manager at NSR Crows Nest, with his previous experience as CEO of Athletics Northern Territory, and a top-level triathlete for over 12 years, retiring in 2009 (Sprint to Ironman). Mick holds a Degree (BA) in Sport & Exercise Management, Level 1 Triathlon Coach and Director of NSR Performance.

Recent Achievements: Blackmore’s Marathon 52nd in 3:01:56 (Marathon Debut), 5th Manly 21km Soft Sand Classic 2011, 13th Perth ITU World Long Course Championships 2009.

Stephanie Harrap - Causal Staff

Stephanie is NSR Crows Nest’s valued weekend staff member. Canadian born and self-confessed runner, Stephanie has a Degree in Sport & Exercise Science is completing her final year of her Masters of Physiotherapy at Sydney University. She has extensive experience in the biomechanics of the human body and applying that knowledge to our customers.

Recent Achievements: Blackmore’s Half Marathon in 1:46.29 new PB.

Cameron Good - Causal Staff

Cameron is a Casual staff member at NSR Crows Nest and Manly. Currently a Full-Time Professional Triathlete, racing in the ITU Series around the World. Cameron is currently ranked 114th in the World and 6th in Australia, based on the Olympic Selection Ranking List, and is focused on mixing it with the best of best. He is currently finishing his university degree in Exercise Science at New England Uni.

Recent Achievements: 8th London Triathlon, 39th Lausanne World Sprint Championships, 32nd Edmonton ITU World Cup, 11th Amakusa ITU Asian Cup.
